Relax & Recharge at the Chateau de Paon in Arles

If it is rest and relaxation you are looking for, Chateau de Paon offers a number of spaces and activities to help decompress from the pace of life. Whether it’s cooling off from the heat in our serene swimming pool, or a game of croquet as the sun goes down or just reading a book in the orchard there are lots of options to choose from.

We will be holding a small number of boutique retreats during the year to take advantage of the chateau’s beautiful surroundings and unique setting. Each programme will be themed and tailored to suit your needs and taken with small groups to enable individual work and progress. We will be addressing nutrition and vitamin deficiencies, looking at the benefits of daily meditation practice and working with a combination of fitness disciplines including Pilates, Yoga , PT, HiiT, Boxing, Stretch Classes, Nutrition & Vitamin Workshops, Hiking, Facial Treatments and Physio massage to produce real change. There will be opportunities to explore the huge range of activities offered by the area including riding, open water swimming, canoeing and many more. To register your interest please email.


The Pool

Walk in to the beautiful pool, swim some lengths or just lie on the steps and take it easy.

The Orchard

Take a walk through our wild meadow, read a book in the orchard or close your eyes to the sound of the cicadas in the shade of the North Terrace. These are just a few of many places at Chateau de Paon where nature can work its wonders to help you relax and recharge.

The Bank

At the end of the garden lies the raised river bank of the Petit Rhône which is part of the world famous Camino de Santiago (Ways of Saint James) trail. Join the walkers on their pilgrimage even for a short part of their journey.

If you have the energy, the bank is the perfect terrain for a 5, 10 or 20K run.
