Stay at Chateau de Paon, Arles
The chateau’s two year refurbishment was completed in 2022 and boasts 13 rooms, each individually designed to celebrate a specific aspect of nature. Choose from L’Etable, an apartment for six people, with private kitchen and bathroom or one of our Suites, each with 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathroom. If you want something for two, discover our Luxury Doubles or our Classic Doubles. All rooms are equipped with modern creature comforts, including air-conditioning.
Suite Heron | Suite de Campagne | Luxury Double | Classic Double
Suite Heron
Suite Heron is our most exclusive space, and occupies the whole of the East Side of the South Facade. It’s a favourite with brides and grooms for weddings, and has a master bedroom, an additional room that can be used for extra accommodation or as a space to get ready and a luxurious bathroom in the turret.
Suite de Campagne
Suite de Campagne is on the West Wing of the chateau, and looks across the fields and orchard. Perfect for families, it has two generous double rooms – one with a King Size bed, the other Twin Singles/Super King – with a shared bathroom in between.
L’Etable Apartment
Our largest space occupies the West Wing above the original stables off the main courtyard.
It has two double rooms, one with King Bed “Les Oiseaux” the other Twin Singles/Super King “Les Lauriers”, and an additional Double Bed “Le Nid” on the mezzanine.
It also has an open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with both bath and shower.
Luxury Double

La Forêt - Luxury Double
Just like walking into a forest, this large and elegant room brings an instant sense of tranquility overlooking the North Garden. It has a classic King Size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a walk in monsoon shower.
Le Printemps - Luxury Double
Bright and fresh, Le Printemps is a timelessly elegant room in a classic french style which overlooks the North Garden. It has a King Size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in monsoon shower.
L’Hiver - Luxury Double
Soft and calming shades of grey, L’Hiver is a large and elegant room which overlooks the North Garden. It has a four poster King Size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in monsoon shower.
L’Eté - Luxury Double
Like its sister room L’Hiver, L’Ete is a large and elegant room which overlooks the North Garden. Fresh and natural, it is instantly calming and welcoming with a King Size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in monsoon shower.
Classic Double

La Prairie - Classic Double
Fresh & bright, La Prairie is one of most charming rooms. It is one of a pair of rooms overlooking the South Facade overlooking the main courtyard and fountain at the front of the chateau. It has a King Size bed, and a shared bathroom with Les Fougères.
Les Fougères - Classic Double
Soft and tranquil, Les Fougeres is one of a pair of rooms overlooking the South Facade overlooking the main courtyard and fountain at the front of the chateau. It has a Super King bed, which can be converted into two singles on request, and a shared bathroom with La Prairie.
